Run by highly experienced producer, Ted Rubin, SuperToad Limited runs on the mission to help artists get their music to sound the way they envision. As Rubin says “I am always working with independent artists, either to release their music or guide them. When you help an artist bring the sound they want for themselves to life, it’s like making someone brand new again. It’s just a revitalization or energy and spirit that is infectious.”
Supertoad Records is planning the release of our latest compilation, This will be a short run CD of Ska and Punk bands. Part of the proceeds from this release will be donated to a Non-Profit organization yet to be decided.

On March 19, Rubin started Supertoad Records LLC, a music production company that helps artists improve their sound quality and produce music videos. “Every person has a way that they want their music to sound. It’s getting the music to sound exactly how that person envisions it. You make them sound brand new again,” Rubin said. He began working in music production in high school, and after two internships at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and Valentino Sound and Design in Elmsford, Rubin recently formalized the company, which he runs out of his apartment. Rubin said he is in the process of signing new talent, and is always looking for new artists that play any kind of music. For basic production work, he charges clients $50-$65 per hour. Originally from Westchester County, Rubin is the only employee of Supertoad. In addition, he is working toward his bachelor’s degree in liberal science at the State University of New York at Purchase. Supertoad has no official hours, and Rubin works by appointment only.
